Being assigned an illustration project is a good challenge for me. Here, I needed to illustrate first (which usually starts with pencil and paper) and then rework the lines in vector format, and lastly figure out the colors. In this case, I like how all the lines and dark values are knocked out with just the shirt color showing through.
